Walking meditation
Today I suggest that you develop the good habit of meditating while walking.
Contemplate the unity of life while you walk..
When we walk with a carefree spirit our nervous system relaxes, the blood circulates with more vitality and the brain renews itself.
This practice allows us to contemplate Life and to realize more clearly our deep identity with the universe.
