I love trees
TODAY IS THE TREES INTERNATIONAL DAY.
I love trees.
I appreciate how trees calmly lose their leaves and also calmly and patiently wait for the birth of new leaves.
If trees were like humans, we would see them lowering their branches, eagerly, and catch all the leaves and keep them safe for themselfs.

Serenity vow
I kneel down at the foot of the mountain,
And I vow to practice the mindful breathing and smiling.
I follow the path of mindful living,
And look deep into things.
To follow the way that leads to healing, joy and enlightenment,
The path of peace and serenity.

Let the pain go
Do not spend your Life caressing the pain that breaks you inside.
You will have a pleasant surprise if you let them go.
Pain letf but you are still in one piece inside of you.

Just preparing strawberries and nothing else
This weekend, while I was preparing some strawberries for lunch, my mother asked me if that was a moment of spirituality, because while I was doing it it seemed that I was thinking about life. I explained her that Zen does not mix spirituality with thinking about life or God or Buddha while we prepare strawberries.
In Zen spirituality is just preparing strawberries and nothing else.
